We complete jobs within 7 business days.


Our process is made simple for a no-stress turn around.


  1. Review our products to determine what type of apparel you would like customized and what type of printing service you would like us to use.
  2. Reach out to us if you have any questions that this site does not answer.
  3. Submit your order for a quote.  Please include apparel sizes, colors and quantity.
  4. Once your submission is received, please allow up to 48 hrs for a quote and mockup to be generated and returned to you for approval.
  5. Once the price and artwork is approved by you, we will begin fulfillment.


Depending on the location of the shipping destination many ship options are available.  These options will be included in the quote we return to you.  We offer free shipping on orders over $200.


All sales are final for custom prints, as they are custom for you.  Production does not begin until  final artwork approval is received.


At Prints by AV we strive to get your design straight to you without breaking the bank.  

  • DTF designs- no minimum order quantity.  
  • Premium vinyl and special effects- requires a minimum order of 6.
  • Screen print transfer- requires a minimum order of 12.



Yes, we offer digital mockups of your design before printing. We want to ensure that you're happy with the final product before we start production.  For high volume orders, we can ship a sample product to you for a small fee, before production begins.


That's absolutely fine.  You can submit your order with a brief description of what you are looking to design and we will be able to provide you with some options to choose from.  Please note there is an artwork fee of $30 for artist help up to 1 hour.  This time can be scheduled on our website.  Please note this fee is non-refundable even if artwork is not submitted for the final order.


Include only desired artwork (no notes, layers, copies of art, etc.).  Artwork should include only what should be printed.  Any background rectangles representing garment color will be printed, please ensure artwork is uploaded without any unwanted background.


Artwork should have clean hard edges; soft edges (shadows, etc.) cannot be printed as is.

Artwork should not have any transparency or fading on the edges. 

Artwork will not be ‘cleaned up’ prior to production, it will be printed as it is supplied.  

Minimum artwork design size is .25” x .25” and maximum is 22” x 22”.  Text should be converted to paths or curves. 

IMPORTANT: Artwork line thicknesses should be 0.018” or thicker (smaller may not print).

For Vector Art-

Preferred format is PDF


We accept .AI and .SVG


For Raster Art : For best results, we recommend 300 DPI at actual size. 150 DPI is the minimum acceptable resolution but the printed result may be lower quality.


Preferred format- .PNG with a transparent background


Accepted format, buy may incur art charges- .TIFF with a transparent background, .PSD, .JPG
